Following the Von Trapp story, we will visit several movie locations of the "Sound of Music". This includes a short city tour, the pond the children fell into, the 16-going-on17-gazebo and of course the wedding church. Your enthusiastic tour guide will give you lots of information about the filming of the Sound of Music, the real von Trapp family and Austrian culture and lifestyle in general.

On this tour, we will also take a detour through the Austrian lake district to visit the UNESCO world cultural heritage site Hallstatt. You will learn about the fascinating story of this salt mining town and get 2 hours to explore this picturesque village on your own.
