Desaru Coast is home to over 100 species of birds. A myriad of winged gems can be found here including White-bellied Sea Eagles, Bhraminy Kites, Black-shouldered Kites, Crested Serpent Eagles, Changeable Hawk-Eagle, Collared Kingfisher, White-throated Kingfishers, Common Kingfishers, Blue-throated Bee-eaters, Blue-tailed Bee-eaters, Blue-winged Pittas, Crimson Sunbirds, Ruby-cheeked Sunbirds, Brown-throated Sunbirds, Red Junglefowl, Purple Heron, Grey Heron, Yellow Bittern, Oriental Pied Hornbills. and many more. Join our naturalist guide as we introduce you to our many winged wonders. The best time to watch these birds is in the relative cool of the morning when these birds are most active.
