EL LAGO TITIKAKA

THE TOTORA RAFTS
This boat is 3 to 4 meters long and, as its name suggests, is made of "Totora", an aquatic plant that grows in ponds. To guide this fragile pre-Inca boat, you have to do it riding or kneeling; when crossing the waves, it jumps slightly, similar to the jumping of a horse.
