Detailed itinerary

At 7am (approximate time subject to flight itinerary) you´ll be picked up from your hotel in La Paz and transfered to the International Airport of El Alto, where you´ll take the flight to Uyuni.

When taking off you can see aerial views of the city of La Paz.

After 45 minutes of flight, you'll land at the International Airport of Uyuni, where you will meet your English speaking professional guide and private driver.

Enjoy a delicious American buffet in one of the most popular cafes in the area.

Stop 3

At 10am, explore the train cemetery, an open museum where you will be able to observe very old trains.

Continue to Colchani where you'll see the salt processors that mine salt from the region. Enter Uyuni Salt Flats and be amazed by the enchanting landscape of salt fields and stunning colors.

Visit with photo stops

Head to Incahuasi Island to discover the giant cacti and rock formations. At the end of this small walk-on Incahuasi Island, enjoy a delicious local lunch. Have time here to take photos and learn about the region from our expert guide.

At 2:30pm, head to the foot of the imposing Tunupa Volcano to observe spectacular Andean landscapes, painted and shaped by nature, as well as Andean animals such as flamenco, llamas, and Vicunas.

Next, return to the Salt Flats and enjoy a special toast with snacks and warm drinks while watching a wonderful sunset, that by the nature of the Salar is painted with surrealistic colors and landscapes.
