Start the day with by hiking for about two hours in the region of Plakias under the summer healing hot Cretan sun tο explore this not so known and not crowded part of the island. Afterwards you will pass by many beautiful beaches with views to the Libyan Sea. Choose the beach you like most and take a break for a refreshing dive at the deep blue waters. The day continues by reaching an amazing tavern for a genuine Cretan meal, freshly cooked and enjoyed by the sea, combined with cold dry local wine and infinite sea view.

Of course, lunch is planned in a small tavern with the most gorgeous sea view in the region, in order to enjoy a genuine meal just like the Cretans do. Fresh fish on the grill with refreshing dry wine, made by local grape varieties, and the waves under your feet... it doesn't get more relaxing than this. We continue our hike towards the north coastline and back, walking on an impressive and strange rocky terrain embroidered by the saltiness and north wind! Then we will cross the mountains back to your accommodation at the end of the afternoon when the sun will be going down gradually and we admire the beautiful and unique Mediterranean sunset.
