Detailed itinerary

We will begin our tour in the Church of San Antonio, a beautiful religious temple that is one of the symbols of the city. Its colonial architecture and rich history make it a place of great cultural value.

Then, we will head to the Plaza de Cayzedo, a public space full of life where you can enjoy colonial architecture and the company of the locals.

We will enter the Jairo Varela Museum, dedicated to the life and work of one of the greatest exponents of Colombian salsa. Here you can learn about the history of Caleña salsa and enjoy a collection of personal items by maestro Varela.

We will explore the Cali Viejo neighborhood, a historic neighborhood that retains its old charm. Here you will find colonial houses, cobblestone streets and an atmosphere full of nostalgia.

To complete the experience, we will make several gastronomic stops where you can taste the delicious typical local food. Some of the delights you will taste are:

Empanadas: Small patties filled with meat, chicken or cheese.
Bored: Ripe banana stuffed with cheese and wrapped in egg mass.
Cholado: Dessert based on ice cream, fruit and condensed milk.
