Stop 1 Pass by

9AM - Pick up at hotel.
You can enjoy the urban scenery along the way to our local host house

As you discover the cultural side of Malaysia, you'll be able to embrace it thanks to the
amazing stories and storytelling skills of your local host. Feel free to ask any questions and
feel as if you are relieving history in the present time.

9.30am - Reach Host House

When reached the destination of the owner's house, you'll surprisingly noticed that the lady
owner is not a local
Malaysian but a pretty China Chinese lady (Local Host Wife)

Stop 3

10am - Gong Sound Bath

After introducing each other, the wife of local host will introduce about sound healing,
which is using the music instruments of Gong and singing bowl to do the healing
therapy. During the whole process, you will experience the feeling of being hit by the
waves, and then enter a state of deep rest, which can quickly relieve stress and relax
your mind & soul.

10.30am – Satsang

Satsang, it can be translated as "associating with good people" or simply "being in the
company of truth," and refers to the act of gathering with like-minded, uplifting people,
especially those on a spiritual path. Satsang may also refer to a group of people engaged
in a spiritual dialogue. So in this process we'll sing together with ancient Indian Sanskrit.

11am - Experience sharing

Then you will sharing each other about your experience of the Gong sound bath and
Satsang with local host.

11.30am - Experience to Prepare Hunan Chinese Dishes together with local host.

And now is time to prepare our lunch. You are going to prepare the lunch ingredients
together with the host, and you'll know the essence of Chinese food. Also, you will
surprise that the lady owner can prepare that much of ingredients and finished the
preparation in just a short while.

1pm - Lunch prepared, use lunch together with host

Alright, lunch is served! Such a great Hunan cuisine will definitely make you full of praise,
and beware, you might take more that 2 bowls of rice as it's really tasty and you'll can't hold
for it! LOL

2pm - Depart to Hotel
