In the early morning around 9:00 am, the driver and guide will pick you up at your downtown hotel lobby holding a sign with your name. After meeting them, let’s head to visit a local family. Upon your arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by the hosts, they will show you around in the house, and tell you some traditions about Chinese family if you are interested in. After a break, it’s time to learn making dumplings together with guide and hosts. If you want to try some other Chinese dishes, it’s no problem as long as you leave an requirement when book the tour. After finishing the special job, you could get a lot joy and wait for tasting the dumplings made by yourself.
After saying goodbye to the hosts, you will be transferred to Terracotta Warriors & Horses Museum. The museum is known as “the Eighth Wonder of the World”, and is also UNESCO listed world cultural heritage. Follow the guide to witness life-sized figures with 2,000 years, marvel at an amazingly high level in sculpture. It usually takes about 2.5 hours inside of the museum.
In the end, the driver and guide will escort you back to your hotel safely at some 5:00 pm.
Special note: If you prefer some other dishes except dumplings at local family, please advise your requirements in advance (you are allowed to order 1-3 dishes for a group of 4 or less, 5 dishes for a group 5-7 and for more than 8 pax, it depends on actual condition.
