Stop 1

Sunda kelapa harbour was the oldest harbour in Jakarta built by Hindu Kingdom time. This harbour was the main gate of Jakarta and still exist until now for domestic cargo.
In this harbour we will boating along the canal with the traditional boat owned by local people and getting closely by visiting the Indonesian traditional wooden boat (phinisi), the fisherman boat , and visit the big wooden boat also meet with the local people works at the harbour.

Merdeka Square is the big square located on the down town of the city in central of jakarta. At the square we will stop for picture at the President palace (white house of Indonesia. Photo stop only in front of the palace), stop and little walk at National Monument (icon of Indonesia), and passing sight the government building surrounding the monument at the square.

Stop 3

At Glodok (China Town) we will visit the oldest chinese temple (petak sembilan) or Dharma Bhakti temple that was built on 1650 and become one of the oldest temple in Jakarta. From the temple we will continue enjoying the wet market (china town market) to see the local people activities at the market and see the items that sell at the market with various items such as vegetables, fish, fruits, grocery, and many more.
On China town we also will tasting the local food and local fruits from Indonesia.

enjoying the jakarta old town called Kota tua, the city with Dutch buildings and dutch history. In this place, we will walking along the canal, enjoy the square (stadhuis) as the old city hall of Jakarta at Fatahillah square.
This old city was busy area on weekend where the local visit like to come and visit and enjoy the ambience.

Stop 5

This is the landmark of jakarta, 132 meters heigh with symbol of indonesian spirit fighting with colonial time. At the top of this monument was 50 kg of gold. We just stop here for photo stop and short walking at the park.

Please note that National Monument close every monday.

Istiqlal mosque is the biggest Mosque in southeast Asia. One of the most popular highlight in jakarta.
When you visit the mosque, we will have tour of this mosque with the official staff that will explain to us about the mosque, about the Muslim in Indonesia. You also will enjoy the beautiful architecture of this mosque on the main praying room.

Please note istiqlal mosque close on friday for religious purpose.
