Bathing in the geothermal waters of the Blue Lagoon, and heal your mind, body and soul with the silica and algae masks on offer.

The Blue Lagoon is an incredible place with more unique attributes than can be counted. The water is pumped up from the depths of the earth by the adjacent geothermal power-plant and contains within it strains of healing algae and bacteria that are not found anywhere else. The water's opacity and vivid blue colour reveal its unusual properties.

Other than its pools, the Blue Lagoon has hot and cold tubs, saunas, steam-rooms and treatments you can purchase. All guests can use the silica masks, but included in your premium package, you are also provided with an algae mask. This premium package also provides you with a free welcome drink at the lagoon upon arrival, use of bathrobe and slippers.
