During booking you will provide us with the flight number of your flight to Kelfavik International Airport. We will then monitor the flight and send a driver at the appropriate time.
The driver will be waiting at the Arrivals Hall with a tablet or a phone in hand displaying your name. The drive to Reykjavik is about 45-50min. During rush hour(morning and afternoon) we might need additional 25-30min to reach your hotel or accommodation depending of the location. Here we will help you with your luggage and will wish you a happy stay in Iceland.
We will meet again when it`s time for your departure. We are very prompt, so your driver will be exactly on time at your hotel or accommodation for the pick up to the airport. Please wait in the lobby or outside (if you wish) for your driver, who will once again help you with your luggage. The drive to the airport is 45-50min. We will drop you off at Departures. Keflavik Airport has only 1 Terminal, so need to worry about any confusion.
