Experience some of England’s darkest skies on this extraordinary tour experience taking you deep into Northumberland’s Hadrian’s Wall country. Your transport awaits right in the centre of Newcastle to teleport you into the wilds of Northumberland National Park.
Your journey begins right in Newcastle with mini coach pick up from Maldron Hotel and heading out into England’s most tranquil county – Northumberland!

Journey in comfort to your destination within Northumberland National Park and along Hadrian's Wall.
Journey time is approx. 1 hour and during this time you will have the chance to learn a little about Northumberland, our dark skies as well as Hadrian's Wall via an engaging video en-route.

On-site, you are greeted by our expert astronomer who will guide you through your evening. Expect to see/do:
- enjoy an inspirational Dark Skies presentation (inside our heated room incl. tea / coffee & biscuits)
- venture outdoors to use telescope, enjoy a laser-guided tour of constellations and be inspired by the night sky within the National Park setting
- take part in a photography art project (with mementos to keep and cherish)
