Going inside, we will travel to the past of San Sebastian; the oldest area will show us what it was like to live in a fortified city near the border, lives depending on the sea, and waiting for the battles to come.

Continue visiting the historical areas like the Constitution Square, beautifull narrow streets and we will head to the magnificent Buen Pastor cathedral, stopping along the way at Guipuzcoa’ Square. After, we will walk through La Concha Bay’s promenade stopping at the beautiful Miramar’s Palace.

Ending this walk we will find the sculpture ‘The Comb of the Winds’ from where the tour continues up to Igueldo’s hill, taking the popular Funicular, (train-cable car) to enjoy the best view of the city and the bay.

Private tour to the famous French town of Biarritz, the pearl of the coast. Continuing with the tour we will be visiting Saint Jean de Luz and Hendaya on the French Basque side. On the way along the coat, we will visit as well as the town of Hondarribia on the Basque Spanish side, the best preserved medieval town in the area where many battles happened.

Continuing the tour we will drive up to Jaizkibel mountain, stopping at the higgest point to see the best panoramic views of all the Basque French coastline before heading to San Sebastian.

Drive you to a sheep farm in the countryside, learn how one of the famous local Basque cheese is made, Idiazabal labeled one, and tasting different ones after the pastor’s explanations.

Walk along the farm’s facilities with the owner, offering us a deep knowledge into the production, starting with the milking process of the sheep, obteining the first milk, you will be making your own fresh cheese! We will be tasting a sort of different cheeses pared with local wines or cider.

Continue the tour visiting the local white wine «Txakoli» region, exploring the vineyards of a family owned winery. Enjoy their Txakoli wines, produced with local grapes which grow along the slops on the surrounding hills, facing to sea. The secret of the wine, starts here!
