Program: Our tour guide and driver will pass by your hotel at 8:00 am for start our full day tour to the fabulous Sacred Valley of the incas.
Around 8:40 am we will arrive to “Awana Cancha” an alpaca and llama farm on the andes, this a place where you can learn about those unique animal, their function, uses and actual importance for the local peolple.
At 09:40 am (approx), we will arrive to Pisac Archeological site, an ancient Inca city with the largest cementery knowed untill nowadays, our tour guide will explain about the importance a function of this ancient city.
At 12:00 approx. You will arrive to Urubamba, The capital of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, at this twon (with around 25.000 of population) you will take the lunch, there are many different options for the lunch and you can choose a place to lunch, of course our tour guide will help you to select the best option.
At 13:30 pm we will arrive to Ollantaytambo (the most important archeological site of the sacred valley of the Incas). Here you will find an alive inca town with their typical streets and people around with typical dress, also here is located the ancient Ollantaytambo fortress, a place where the incas had the last battle against the spaniards.
You will arrive to Chinchero at 15:50 pm approx, this is an small town with an ancient inca palace with amazing terraces, over the inca palaces there is a colonial temple, a good example of the syncretism in south america, at this town, also you can know a Little bit more of the textiles the ladies of this town will give you a lesson of it.
Finally, you will arrive to cusco city around 18:00 pm.
