If you are traveling with a child under the age of 4, please inform us in advance. According to Taiwan law, children under the age of 4 must use a child safety seat while riding in a vehicle. We provide child safety seat rental services, and the rental fee (NT$300 each) can be paid directly in cash to the driver. If no child safety seat is provided, the driver will refuse to provide the service on-site, and in such cases, no refund will be issued. Thank you for your understanding.

Free waiting time is 90 minutes after arrival for airport pickup service. Free waiting time is 10 minutes for Taichung City pickup. Extra waiting fee at NT$300 per 30 minutes.
