Meeting point

Please meet at our Rafting Base 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to check in before the bus departs for the river.

Important notes

All bookings are non-refundable within 7 days of scheduled departure for groups of 1-9. Bookings are non-refundable within 14 days of scheduled departure for groups of 10 or more. Refunds will not be provided if a trip is cancelled within the non-refundable period. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the trip departure time as refunds will not be provided in the event of a late check-in resulting in a missed tour.

All cancellations and amendments to individual bookings (including changes to date or time, number of participants, or type of tour) are subject to a $25.00 non-refundable fee per booking. A “booking” is classified as anything that was paid for on separate credit cards, regardless if the group booked together on the same tour at the same time or if individuals are part of the same group but paid separately.

All tours operate “rain or shine”; however, Canadian Outback Rafting Co. reserves the right to adjust or cancel any trip in the event of unsafe weather conditions, insufficient bookings, or extenuating circumstances beyond our control. In the event that this occurs, we will do our best to provide an alternate departure or a full refund.

Canadian Outback Rafting Co. has a zero tolerance policy with respect to drugs and/or alcohol. We reserve the right to cancel your tour if we suspect that you are under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol before or during a tour. A refund will not be provided.

Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.
