Detailed itinerary

Stop 1

Get an early pickup service from the hotel in Khao Lak by air-conditioned minivan and get driven to the pier.

After a warm welcome by the Wow Andaman team, enjoy a light breakfast with coffee and tea, and pick out your snorkeling gear.

Your guide will give you useful safety instructions and information about the tour program before cruising to the Similan Islands in less than 90 minutes.

Stop 4

The first stop will be at Koh Miang (Island No. 4) where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the white sand contrasting the color of the sea. If you are lucky, you can spot Nicobar flying foxes and Nicobar pigeons.

Head further to Koh Payu (Island No. 7) which offers stunning snorkeling spots rich in hard and soft corals. Spot colourful species of fish which are swimming among the coral reefs.

After a short cruise you will arrive at Ko Bangu (Island No. 9). It is the northern most island with one of the best snorkeling spots for varied fish life on it’s eastern side, a arch of reef called Breakfast Bend laden with sea fans, staghorns growths and coral outcrops.

Are you feeling hungry? Savour a delicious picnic lunch on a secluded, white-sand beach on Koh Similan (Island No. 8). It is the largest island with stunning views and hikes through jungle and over mountains. After lunch you can walk up to the Sailing Rock which is a huge rock formation on the upper part of the beach, where at the lookout point a massive rock is shaped like a ship’s sail.

Then it's already time to head back to the pier in Khao Lak where you can enjoy a light meal before the driver will take you safely back to the hotel with lasting impressions and nice memories.

Please note that the Similan Islands National Park is officially opened to the public from 15th October until 15th May.
