Detailed itinerary

1

10am

Begin with a pickup from your Corfu hotel or the cruise port,

then hop inside your private, air-conditioned vehicle and travel to Achillion Palace, the former home of Empress Elisabeth of Austria. Pay your entrance fee and head inside to explore independently. Or, if you've opted to have a professional guide accompany you, enjoy a guided tour of the palace's highlights. Admire the statues, frescoes, paintings and neoclassical architecture, and learn more about the royal residence's long history.

2

12pm

Next, head to Kaisers Throne. Situated at the top of Pelekas village, this popular lookout point is named after the German Emperor Kaiser Wilhelm II, who spent his summers in Corfu at Achillion Palace, which he purchased in 1907. Have your camera ready as you gaze out over the undulating coastline, shimmering sea and nearby islands. Then, perhaps head into the village and stop off at a local eatery for a drink or bite to eat (own expense).

3

12:30pm

Cool off inside your air-conditioned vehicle as you travel to one of

Corfu’s beautiful beaches. On arrival, choose a spot on the shore, and then laze on the warm sands before diving into the clear waters for a refreshing swim.

2pm

End your tour with a drop-off back at your hotel after approximately four hours of exploring.
