About this experience

We will start by discovering the Academy of Athens to head to the Old Parliament and then walk along Ermou Street.

Detailed itinerary

Stop 1

Our first stop is in front of this construction, considered the most beautiful neoclassical building in the world.

Stop 2

We will visit the Old Parliament, which is currently the headquarters of the National History Museum. We will also talk about General Kolokotronis.

Stop 3

We will walk through the main shopping street of the capital of Greece. Do you know what god it gets its name from?

In Mitropoleos Square we will discover two representative buildings of the Orthodox religion in the city, the Cathedral of the Annunciation of Saint Mary and the Church of Agios Eleftherios.

Stop 5

In the oldest neighborhood of the city, we will learn the history behind the Benizelos Mansion and the cozy streets of Anafiotika.

After visiting places of interest such as the Athena Gate or the Flea Market, we will finish in this traditional and lively neighborhood of the city with views of the Acropolis.
