Stop 1

The activity begins in one of Rome’s best-known squares, famous for its grand staircase leading to the church of Trinità dei Monti. In the center is the Fontana della Barcaccia. It is a very visited place and meeting point for tourists and locals.

Stop 2

You will be surprised by the most famous fountain in Rome. It is tradition to toss a coin to ask to return to the city. It stands out for its large size and its beautiful baroque style, and is always full of visitors.

This square is named after the Column of Marcus Aurelius, which is located in the center. It is close to the Italian Parliament and is an elegant and quiet square, surrounded by important buildings.

In this small square are preserved columns of the ancient Temple of Hadrian. These Roman ruins coexist with current buildings, showing the mix of history and modern life.

Stop 5

The Church of San Ignacio de Loyola is known for its impressive interior decoration. Its painted ceiling creates an optical illusion that looks like a real dome. It is a quiet and very visited place.

Stop 6

You will discover one of the best preserved buildings of ancient Rome. It stands out for its large dome with a central hole through which the light enters. Today it is a church and an important historical place.
