Our Holbox Shuttle is a non-stop two hour drive from the moment you board our shuttle at Chiquila to Playa del Carmen Carretera Federal x Primera. (Ferry Tickets are not included in your Holbox Shuttle Fee). We advise you to use the restroom before boarding.

Ferries From Holbox Island usually depart every 30 minutes but there are always water taxis (small boats) for hire at the port of Holbox.

Departure Point

The departure meeting point for our Holbox Shuttle service is located in GENESIS parking Lot just passing the crosswalk A fully identified representative of our company will arrive at the scheduled time holding a sign that will read: “Holbox Shuttle by Holbox Adventure” He will assist you to board our unit once he has verified your tickets and that all the passengers in his list are there.

Keep your boarding tickets handy, as you will need them to identify your party as you board our Shuttle to the port of Chiquila. Your ticket is only valid for the reserved time and date. What’s included in the Holbox Shuttle Fare? Our Holbox Shuttle service fare includes only the direct non-stop shared transportation service from Chiquila to Carretera Federal x Primera Playa del Carmen or vice versa at the specified time and date whichever applies to your reservation. What’s not included in your Holbox Shuttle Fare?
