Detailed itinerary

The trail is about 3 km long and starts DA Maiori, with a visit to the picturesque Collegiate Church of Santa Maria a Mare, built in 1505, DA where you can enjoy an exceptional view of the coast. Continue along the historic staircase of Via Vena, surrounded by olive trees, vines and fragrant lemon groves. The route offers breathtaking views and a total immersion in the nature and history of the area, accompanied DA a licensed Environmental Hiking Guide. Along the way, you will hear the story of the birth of “Sfusato Amalfitano”, the famous lemon of the Amalfi Coast, told DA local farmers who have handed down this tradition for generations. An authentic experience that combines landscape, culture and centuries-old traditions of the Amalfi Coast.

Along the way, we will take a break in the quiet square of the church of San Michele Arcangelo, in the picturesque village of Torre a Minori, a place full of charm and silence. DA here, we will descend along the impressive staircase of Via Vescovado, until we reach the wonderful Belvedere della Mortella, a unique panoramic point DA from which to admire Minori and Ravello from above. The trek continues to the historic center of Minori, where we will visit the beautiful Basilica of Santa Trofimena.
