Day 2: Trek 5–6 hrs to Namche Bazaar (3,440m), crossing bridges and entering Sagarmatha National Park.
Day 3: Acclimatize in Namche; hike 2–3 hrs to Everest View Hotel/Khumjung (3,880m).
Day 4: Trek 5–6 hrs to Tengboche (3,860m) via a scenic ridge with Ama Dablam views.
Day 5: Trek 5–6 hrs to Dingboche (4,410m) through Pangboche and open valleys.
Day 6: Second acclimatization; hike 2–3 hrs to Nangkartsang (~5,000m).
Day 7: Trek 5–6 hrs to Lobuche (4,940m) via Thukla Pass and memorial sites.
Day 8: Trek 7–8 hrs to Gorakshep (5,164m) and Everest Base Camp (5,364m); return to Gorakshep.
Day 9: Sunrise climb 2–3 hrs to Kala Patthar (5,545m), then descend 4–5 hrs to Pheriche (4,240m).
Day 10: Trek 6–7 hrs back to Namche (3,440m).
