In the Salt Mine, temperature is 14–16°C. Bring warmer clothing and note that the tour involves extensive walking and many stairs. Not recommended for guests with mobility, heart, or claustrophobia issues.

To get a youth discount students must have valid student ID ( date of birth, expire date, picture ) card with during the tour and to show it when asked.
Due to the museum's personalized tickets, it is essential to provide the names of all participants during the booking process.
