What you'll see

1. Upon booking is confirmed, kindly let us know your pick up location in Penang Island

2. Our customer service will reach you out 3 days before the trip, you may decide the pick up time

3. Driver will whatsapp or SMS you one day before the trip to connect up with you and ensure the correct pick up location and timing.

4. Along the way, you may request for up to two meals break and as many refreshments breaks you need. We will stop over KLCC Petronas Twin Tower for maximum 1 hour to stretch out a bit and take awesome photo with the skyscrapper iconic building landmark

5. Our driver will prepare the embarkation card (white card) for you to fill in before entering into Singapore.

6. It takes about 4 to 4.5 hours from Penang Island to Petronas KLCC Twin Tower and another 4 hours from KLCC to Johor Bahru before entering into Singapore

7. You will just stay in the vehicle during the immigration checkpoint clearance procedures as driver will take car lane to enter Singapore. You may need to surrender your white card to the officer at the counter and driver will advise you on that.

8. Driver will send you to the destination in Singapore. This is a door to door transfer service
