3. Driver will whatsapp or SMS you one day before the trip to connect up with you and ensure the correct pick up location and timing. You may inform what you wish to do or see during the city tour.
4. If you choose the package for a stop for city tour, leave your luggage in the vehicle while you start your city tour in Malacca or Kuala Lumpur.
5. Our driver will prepare the embarkation card (white card) for you to fill in before entering into Singapore.
6. Along the trip, you may request for refreshment break along the way, a meal stop is permitted too.
7. It takes about 2 hours from KLIA to Malacca, and another 2.5 to 3 hours from Malacca to Johor Bahru immigration before heading to Singapore
8. You will just stay in the vehicle during the immigration checkpoint clearance procedures as driver will take car lane to enter Singapore. You may need to surrender your white card to the officer at the counter and driver will advise you on that.
