What you'll see

Escape the long lines while waiting at the immigration area with this Bali Airport Immigration Fast Track Service. You would be able to escape the boredom of waiting. After a long flight or after exciting yet tiring adventure in Bali, you just want to finish your immigration procedure as fast as possible and relax in your hotel room. With Bali Airport Immigration Fast Track Service, you will be assisted throughout the immigration process.

To make your arrival at Bali Airport as smooth and efficient as possible, you should complete your customs declaration, also known as the All Indonesia Arrival Card (AIAC), and obtain the necessary electronic visa in advance. Bali has recently transitioned to an electronic customs declaration system (AIAC), which can be filled out online 3 to 5 days before your arrival. Completing the AIAC declaration ahead of time will save you valuable time, as doing it on-site can be time-consuming.

In addition, customers using this service must purchase the electronic visa on arrival (eVOA) in advance. The eVOA is available for purchase starting 14 days before entry and is required for quick passage through the airport. Currently, the on-site visa purchase process can be complicated and involves long waiting lines, so having your eVOA ready will help you avoid delays. Please note that children are not eligible to use the smart gate. If traveling with children, parents will need to proceed through the general family line for entry procedures.

By pre-purchasing both the electronic visa and eVOA, you can pass through the smart gate quickly with just your QR code. This streamlined process ensures a faster entry into Bali. So, once you're at the airport, a personal assistant will escort you through the airport; from carrying your baggage, guiding your immigration process, navigating the airport, and helping you for connecting between gates and lounge. Feel the real game changer of airport experience!
