Our hospitable guests will offer us tea and a famous local breakfast of bread, olive oil, honey, & butter, they will also introduce us to the ancient simple aspects of Berber lives.

We will tour their houses, meet their families and learn about their daily habits as we accompany our tour guide. The Ourika valley day trip also includes the chance to ride a camel for half an hour deep into the valley. Afterwards, we trek onwards to a sensational Moroccan weekend destination, Setti Fatma.

Setti Fatma is the origin of the 7 waterfalls that make up Ourika River and its bedside still harbors medieval agricultural traditions till this day. Our local guide is taking us to the first of these 7 waterfalls (proper hiking shoes & heavy comfortable clothing are highly recommended). Along the 45 min hike we will climb rough terrain, cross bridges over running riverss and once we reach the base of the waterfall, we’ll get the chance to enjoy the pond and all the greenery surrounding it.
