The tour starts in Akureyri. We take a trip following Eyjafjörður valley all the way up to the Highlands. There you experience the untouched nature, remote areas and a peacefulness, which is hard to find in the modern world. At Laugafell we jump into a natural hot pool. Located in this harsh environment, it is perhaps like being in a desert and suddenly find a oasis, but oasis has hot water coming from the ground. Refreshed we head back down into Eyjafjörður valley until we reach Akureyri. The drive takes about two hours each way through a breath taking scenery.
