Detailed itinerary

Get ready for your Half day desert safari Dubai as our guide picks you from your selected location or hotel. Board our 4WD vehicle that will take you to the desert. Once you reach the Lahbab desert, be welcomed into an air-conditioned tent with refreshments (Arabic tea/coffee with dates) take a small break for 20-25 minutes, make use of restroom, or even opt for a quad bike drive, while your vehicle ready for the off-road drive with adjusted tyre pressures.

Next, seat comfortably for the dune bashing session. Enjoy the rhythm of the vehicle riding over the sand dunes and feel the adrenaline rush! After around 30-45 minutes of dune bashing, click as many photos you want and relax for some time before you proceed for sand surfing (sandboarding). First, follow the instructions of your guide before you climb up and down the sandbanks on your board. As you surf over the sands, you will find this quite funny and unique!

Next, stop for a camel ride in the open desert. Later, relax in an air-conditioned tent and enjoy soft drinks and Arabic tea or coffee with dates.

We highly recommend having international travel insurance, as self-driving activities carry inherent risks that may lead to serious injury. Coverage for such incidents is typically provided only through your personal insurance.
All desert safari drivers are well trained and licensed for safari drives. The 4WD vehicles are fully insured and well equipped with all necessary safety features, such as roll bars, seat belts, government trackers, GPS, GMS, and a First Aid box

Please wear sports shoes for safe sand boarding.
Casual, loose fitting clothing is recommended in the summer, along with a jacket in the winter
Pickup will be 45min prior to your selected departure time. Please be ready at the hotel lobby on time.

Pick-up timing is subject to change due to the emerging summer heat: 1 hour earlier in the morning and 1 hour later in the afternoon. A notification shall be sent in advance in the case of any change.

By UAE law, pregnant ladies, anyone with back or neck pain, heart problems or other serious medical complaints and infants (under 3 years old) are not allowed during the dune bashing activity by car. (If this conditions are applicable to you, please contact our Consultant to customize your tour)

• For ‘Dress Code’ the choice is yours. You may wear casual light clothes & shorts with Sports shoes during the desert safari.
