About this experience

Bacalar is a city that has it's own lagoon view which is filled with different local species of fish and birds. The lagoon is a very important location for nature, it provides the nature surrounding a big amount of nutrients due to the stromatolites

We'll begin this adventure with a swim at The Cenote Azul, this is a gorgeous open cenote where you can just float and all the worries will melt away!

A delicious breakfast to endure the adventure will be ready for us, then we will enjoy some free time at the lagoon to swim and relax

Our next activity will be with kayaks in Playa Marmol Beach Club, our guide will take you into a tour, when we are in the beach club It is part of the Bacalar lagoon of 7 colors, so you will swim and you will have to splash and fun in the Bacalar lagoon

And to end the adventure, our guide will take us to a local restaurant to enjoy an authentic mexican lunch, and before we leave, a quick stop to take photos at the Bacalar City Sign

We’ll spend the day at El Mármol, a charming beach resort in Bacalar known for its excellent facilities and relaxed, refreshing atmosphere that will make your visit truly unforgettable. From here, you’ll enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the entire lagoon, where the varying depths of its crystal-clear waters create a stunning spectrum of blue tones. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can also take a kayak out for an hour and explore the lagoon up close.

Knowing this fortress and its history goes back to the times of pirates, (all the pirates loved the Caribbean Sea) an exciting journey through history especially for those who really appreciate the history of pirates and colonization. The fort of San Felipe is the center of the magical town of Bacalar, from there you can see the beautiful Bacalar lagoon that reaches 63 km there is excellent to take some beautiful photos, and you will have free time to walk through the downtown.
