Our first stop is White Rose Restaurant, famous for its "Whiterose Dumplings" a signature dish with a delicate filling and a unique homemade sauce, a true taste of Chinese culinary influence in the heart of Hoi An. Next, we’ll head to try some "Bánh Căn" (mini rice pancakes), these dishes are not only delicious but also offer a perfect balance of crispy texture and savory fillings, ideal for an authentic local experience.
Afterwards, we’ll take a leisurely stroll through the charming streets of the Old Town of Hoi An. You will have time to explore the beautifully preserved architecture, and then enjoy a peaceful boat ride to release lotus flower lanterns onto the river, a magical experience unique to this ancient town. Then, we’ll travel to Cam Nam, a small island, to visit a local restaurant where you’ll enjoy specialties like stir-fried clams (hến xào) and steamed clams (nghêu hấp)…These fresh and flavorful dishes will give you a taste of the coastal cuisine of the region.
