You'll discover us on a bustling street close to Plaça Catalunya. Look for a small passage leading to our bike shop. You can easily spot it by the sign with our company name inside the passage.
We're thrilled you've chosen our tour! When you enter the passage with the Barcelona Ciclotour sign, you'll spot our shop. Simply approach our front desk and show your ticket to one of our staff members. They'll take care of everything, ensuring you get a bike that fits you just right!
To make sure everything goes smoothly, please select the appropriate age category when booking so we can reserve a bike that suits your approximate size. Once you have your bike, you'll be seated until the guide arrives to start the tour. Before we set off, you'll receive a safety check and an explanation of the guidelines for biking in Barcelona.
• Please note that helmets are mandatory for children up to the age of 16. We provide helmets free of charge for kids, while adults can request one in advance for an additional cost.
