Bangkok Arrival Fast Track – How It Works
Upon landing, a personal airport representative meets you right at the arrival gate with a name sign. You’re escorted through the terminal and taken straight to the priority immigration lane, bypassing long queues. The representative assists with documents, arrival card, and passport control to make the process quick and stress-free.

After clearing immigration, they lead you to the baggage claim area, help identify and collect your luggage if needed, and then escort you through customs. Finally, you’ll be guided directly to your driver or transportation pick-up point outside the terminal.

**If you have booked fast track with BUGGY, or a Hotel Transfer, Visa on Arrival etc, the procedure is the same as above

Bangkok Departure Fast Track – How It Works
Upon arriving at the airport, a representative meets you at the designated meeting point near check in and assists with your departure process. You’ll be guided to the correct check-in counter, helped with luggage and boarding passes, and then escorted to the dedicated Fast Track lane for immigration and security—bypassing the long lines.

Your assistant ensures all documents are in order and helps you clear formalities quickly and smoothly. After immigration, they guide you toward your departure gate or lounge, making sure you know exactly where to go next.
