At BKK Airport, a Sign-Board with customer's name will be displayed on a Railing in the Arrivals Hall between Gates #3 & #4. Having collected luggage and cleared Customs, incoming visitors having booked this transfer service are requested to immediately make their way to this location. Here they will meet their I Asia Representative who will escort them to the vehicle. (Presentation of the Booking Confirmation and Photo I.D. is required in exchange for this Activity. Drivers wait a maximum of 1.5 hours after flight arrival.)
I Asia's Representatives and Drivers will be waiting at the airport according to the Flight Number, and Date, received in the Booking. Flight delays do occasionally happen, so they are constantly checking for any delays, or time changes, to ensure our valued customers are met at the designated locations accordingly. It is important to note that if the Flight Number or Date is changed that it is the passenger's responsibility to inform I Asia of the new details. (I Asia is not provided with Flight Passenger Manifests by any airline to check if a person is on board or not.)
It should further be noted that IF passengers believe they will not be able to exit from Customs and get to the I Asia Representative within 1 1/2 hours after their flight arrived they must telephone I Asia OR ensure that Airport Staff will inform I Asia to have the reps. and drivers wait.
