About this experience

This tour is your unique chance to spend a day in the fjord region of Norway. You will get away from Oslo to enjoy the picturesque mountain plateaus, valleys, canyons, waterfalls and fjords. The comfortable vehicle with your private driver/guide will transport you through the best of Norwegian natural attractions. Not to tire you with long car rides, we will combine the different means of transportation. You will enjoy an hour train ride on Bergen Railway, then switch to famous Flam Railway, and after a quick lunch you go for 2 hour fjordcruise along the two branches of the longest fjord in Norway - Sognefjord.

Detailed itinerary

You will be picked up in the morning by our driver guide and set your way deeper to the fjords. The route will lead you trhough the beatuful norway scenery, deeper and deeper to the heart of the fjords. There will be a few stops on the way to refill, grab a coffer or quick food.

Arriving in Gudvangen, board on a beautiful modern boat - that will take you to Sognefjord & Naerofjord to arrive in Flam, where your driver-guide will meet you.

On arrival to Flam, you will be met by the driver-guide and leaded by famous Flam Railway train.

You will have a stop in Myrdal, where you have to change the train to continue your journay to Geilo. Myrdal is a small station, lost in the green walleys, surronded by mountains.
You will board the train and continue the tour.

On you way back home you will reach Geilo - the mountain town known for its ski resort and hiking trals. Geilo is a gateway to two National Parks and it has a train station which belongs to the Bergen Railway.Your driver-guide will meet you there.

The drive back to Oslo will take about 3 hours of time, depending on the traffic.
