After welcoming note and short description of Zagreb and Croatia in general your guide will present you who was famous man on the horse and what are historical and modern facts about main square and its surroundings.

Walk around famous Zagreb fountain and hear story how Zagreb got it's name.

Old Zagreb was divided in 2 settlements, Kaptol and Gradec, we will visit both starting from Kaptol. There is Zagreb's cathedral in neo-gothic style with many interesting stories you will hear about it. We will visit it from the outside and make a stop in front of it where you will also hear about Kaptol, Mirogoj cementary, hill Medvednica and habits of people in Zagreb. Old and modern facts from local.

Must see oldest and biggest food market in town. Guests will see our local products: fruits, vegetables, fish, meat, vine, traditional souvenirs, costumes any many more, all from Croatia.

Find out about local cuisine in Zagreb and what are traditional food you can eat here. We will pass by famous local restaurant where your guide will explain you how is local dish called "Štrukli" made and give you some recommendations.

Enter WWII tunnel in the heart of Zagreb and listen about wars we had in Croatia in the past century. This tunnel is one example of shelters locals used during the wars, last war was Homeland war after Croatia stopped being part of Yugoslavia. Your tour guide will explain you how it was back then as she was present and her dad was a soldier in it, so you will hear not only about the tunnel but also about war in 90-ies that Croatia suffered from.
