Florence’s historic multi-level market filled with row after row of vendors selling meats, cheeses, produce, and dried fruits, is the perfect starting point for your tour exploring the Renaissance city’s culinary wonders.

You'll meet the small group at 8:45 am to begin your adventure as your guide introduces you to authentic Florentine delicacies like porcini mushrooms, extra-virgin olive oil, pecorino cheese, balsamic vinegar, salami, and prosciutto.

After a delight of the senses, the very small group (max 10 guests) will leave the market, walking on cobblestone streets past historic churches, palaces, buildings, and statues, stopping in a shop along the way.
