With our private surf classes, you will get the best quality surfing lesson. All our lead instructors are certified and have years of experience teaching worldwide. The lessons are held in the remote part of Venice Beach - one of the most re-known and iconic Californian beaches. Our private classes are great for students of all levels. If it's your first time surfing or you just recently started, our instructors will provide you with a detailed land lesson and make sure that you are comfortable with the surfboard before taking you in the water. If you are already experienced and are looking to advance your skills, you can go straight to the lineup with the instructor coaching and supervising you throughout the entire lesson.

We will meet you at 20 Bicknell Ave, Santa Monica, CA 90401. We will meet you on the right side of the parking lot off Bicknell Ave. Once you enter the parking lot turn right and you will see white Ford E-250 van or Blue Surf School Bus.

Please call, txt or email Fun Surf LA surf school at least 24 hours before the lesson to schedule your experience. Use the contact details on your confirmation/voucher. We schedule the classes based on availability and surf conditions.
We meet on the left end of the parking lot by Venice Fishing Pier (you can put Venice Fishing Pier, Marina del Rey, 90292 in your GPS). Please arrive 5-10 mins before the class.
