If the weather is too bad or if it is too dangerous to drive some of the scenic roads, the guide will change the tour route

Please note that it is a possibility in the winter that the visibility is limited due to snow. We are flexible with our cancellation policy if snow is in the forecast and are happy to reschedule if weather looks better on another day.
From November to April, waterproof shoes are highly recommended. Wool socks are also recommended.
Please arrive only at the pickup location you have selected on your reservation.
This is an sightseeing tour, NOT a hiking tour. Although we do have opportunities for self-exploration at select designated stops, please consider one of our hiking products for a more physically active experience.
The National Park Service has full disclosure regarding the days of operation for both Trail Ridge and Old Fall River Roads.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your tour start time to check in with the guide.
Guests who will be using an assistive device such as a scooter or walker, please contact us prior to your tout to ensure our vehicle has accommodating space.
If you are staying in Estes Park and are looking to be picked up there, please contact us directly to coordinate.

Important notes

• Denver departure location is in front of Denver Union Station at the American flagpole at 1701 Wynkoop Street
• Boulder departure location is at Walnut Cafe in Boulder on 29th and Walnut St
• Make sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to your designated departure time. We will not be able to wait past departure time for late guests.
• Be sure to bring with you: camera, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, Reusable water bottle (refills available), layers of clothing so you can be bundled up if need be or you can shed them if you have to, light hiking shoes or sneakers with good tread is best, required medications as necessary
• Our guides work very hard to ensure a great experience - guide gratuity is greatly appreciated. 
• Parking- Please park in the garage or find other full day parking option nearby. Do not park
directly in front of the business.
