What you'll see
- At the airport, your driver will be waiting at the meeting gate holding a sign with your name on it.
- Meeting gates are assigned based on flight number.
- Don't worry if you can't meet the driver! Our drivers are available for 1 hour and 30 minutes free of charge. This is sufficient time to complete immigration and customs clearance.
- Please let us know if your flight is delayed or postponed to the next day. We offer transfer services at no additional cost. (We are not cold-blooded. Our profits can be justified only if we provide a fair service to our customers.)

- The allowed number of luggage is one 24-inch suitcase per person.
