Once inside Bayside Marketplace, head toward the Ferris wheel. Facing Hard Rock Café, turn left toward the boats. In front of Lombardi’s Café, look for our booth with a red umbrella. A guide in a “Miami Aqua Tours” shirt will give you check-in indications.
Important notes
Miami Aqua Tours will provide the printing service for free- Please note that the voucher does not guarantee the seat assignment, passengers will go on board the vessel according to the order of arrival to the boarding line. -If the client did not have a previous reservation, he / she will be accommodated on the next boat with available space (depending on availability). - If the client wants to board a specific boat, he / she must call in advance to reconfirm that the boat required is available for that date. - In case of bad weather, hurricane, malfunction of the boat or any regulation of the Coast Guard of the EE. UU that prevents the departure of ships, customers will be transferred to the next boat or available departure time. - The tickets are 100% NOT REFUNDABLE - If the customer has a reservation made or a purchase with a specific schedule already booked (web among others) and does not meet your reservation will not be relocated and you will lose 100% of your purchase. Miami Aqua Tours is the ONLY one that can totally cancel the operation of your boats and provide the refund or credit back if we have no way to relocate customers on a boat ** Tickets are 100% NON REFUNDABLE.
