Blackbeard’s Castle – if you’re the adventurous type, take a hike to the Castle that was built in 1679.
The 99 Steps – A little bit more than 99 steps! As you begin the climb you will notice the bricks that were brought over from Denmark to actually build this walkway to and from the Castle.
The Jewish Synagogue – This is one the oldest churches in the United States and is located right here in Charlotte Amalie. It’s interesting that the floors of the Synagogue are covered with sand. You see, in order for the Jews to worship, they had to do it in silence….
