The selected reservation time is the start time of the photoshoot. Late arrivals will result in reduced shooting time, and if you are more than 10 minutes late, the reservation will be canceled (non-refundable).

Reservations may not be available on your desired date or time. In such cases, our CS team will notify you via email.

A maximum of 3 people can participate in a photoshoot at the same time.

Food and smoking are not allowed inside the building.

Other languages besides Korean and English can be accommodate using a translation device, and it will not interfere with the photoshoot.
