Each customer can choose their desired Hanbok design for 30 minutes.
* Please arrive 1 hour earlier than the scheduled photo shooting time (reserved time) .
* Voucher will be sent via Viator Message. Please check for it.
Each customer can try on 2 sets of Hanbok.
Please leave your clothes and shoes in the locker.
Use the changing room in the store and ask the store staff for assistance with wearing the Hanbok.
Late returns will incur additional charges. (Basic Hanbok : 1,000 KRW per 10 minutes / Theme Hanbok : 2,000 KRW per 10 minutes)
If you wish to extend your shooting time, you can purchase an additional 1 hour when making the reservation. Extensions on-site are impossible.
Additional charges will apply for damaged or lost accessories and locker keys.
Participants is only available for customers aged 1 year old or older.
The same price applies to all ages.
Refunds due to weather conditions are impossible. If desired, we can change to indoor shooting in case of rain.
Schedule adjustments due to weather can be made up to 3 days in advance.
If you have made a makeup reservation, please arrvie on time.
For those who wishto book both makeup and photo shooting, please note that makeup takes about 40 minutes + Hanbok changing takes 30 minutes (approximately 70 minutes in total). (e.g. If you wish to photo shoot at 11:00am, make a makeup reservation for 9:30am -> Arrive by 9:30am at the store, get makeup + changing Hanbok, and start photo shooting at 11:00am)
The original photos will be sent via email. Please check your spam folder in case it goes there.
For retouching and printing services, please inquire with the photographer on-site.
If there are any special notices on the day of the photo shoot, we will inform you via email in advance.
For outdoor snap photo shoots, Gyeongbokgung Palace is closed on Tuesdays, and shooting will take place at external locations like outside Gyeongbokgung Palace or Gwanghwamun, etc.
[Makeup Option] Please visit with only skin and lotion applied. (Do not apply sunscreen.)
[Makeup Option] Make sure your hair is fully dried before coming. (If not fully dried, hairstyling may not be possible.)
[Makeup Option] Additional charges will apply for using fake hair.
The indoor profile photo option at the Bukchon Hanok Village branch is unavailable until May 28 due to the photographer’s vacation.
