You can get a bus only designated bus stop according to your purchased option. For example, If you purchase a ticket departing from Incheon Airport Terminal 2, boarding at Incheon Airport Terminal 1 or COEX is not allowed.
This is not a seat-designated ticket. Please exchange your voucher for a physical bus ticket at the Ticket Booth and sit in the seat marked on the ticket.
Children under 5 years old can board free of charge (Passports required). However, it is free only for one child per person, and for 2 children per person, a ticket for one child must be purchased separately on-site.

Free baggage is 2 pieces per ticket (23kg per ticket), and for the excess, the amount equivalent to the children's fare per baggage can be charged as the excess baggage fare.
