We will meet in the Plaza de la Asunción where we will start our tour visiting the Church of Christ, designed to support the structure of the building. Here we will observe ancient Roman vestiges and the relics of the martyred saints Saint Emeterio and Saint Celedonio, patron saints of the city.
In addition, we will admire the bell tower, walk through its historic cloister and tour the main nave of the cathedral, in Gothic style, admiring its artistic details and the interior chapels adorned with altarpieces, which keep centuries of devotion and tradition.

We will know the Church of the Christ, the low Gothic church, which was conceived to support the structure of the cathedral. Inside, you can observe ancient Roman remains and the relics of the martyred saints Saint Emeterio and Saint Celedonio, patron saints of the city.
We will walk through its historic cloister, where you can see among other things the marks left by the trade unions that contributed to the construction of this monumental building. In addition, you will discover the locations of the old chapels of the most important families in Santander.
