About this experience

Starting with hotel pickup, we visit the Corcovado Mountain and the Christ the Redeemer statue. We go through the Paineiras route in the Tijuca Forest. See the Christ the Redeemer statue and the beautiful city of Rio de Janeiro. Then, we visit Sugarloaf Mountain. We take the cable car ride to the top of the hill. Enjoy the breathtaking landscapes.

The tour also includes a Barbecue lunch stop and a full City Tour. Take your time savoring the Brazilian all-can-eat Barbecue and the amazing buffet salad.
We keep going and we stop at the Metropolitan Cathedral and the traditional Selarón Steps.

Then, we stop in front of the Sambadrome and the Maracanã Stadium to take some pictures on the outside. In the end, we take you back to your hotel.

Stop 1

We visit to Corcovado Mountain and the Christ the Redeemer statue going through the Paineiras route. The 20-minute drive to the base of the statue takes you through the Tijuca Forest and gives you a preview of the landscapes ahead. The statue stands 710 meters tall and from this vantage point, you’ll have sweeping views of the city.

Stop 2

The cable car ride to the top of the mountain is done in 2 stages: begin at the boarding station to Urca Mountain (224 meters) and then from Urca Mountain to the top of Sugarloaf Mountain (395 meters).

Located between the Sugarloaf Mountain and the Urca Mountain, the Praia Vermelha is a charming place.

Located in Santa Teresa, the Selarón Steps are famous for its bright and colourfull tiles.

The modern archtecture is very different from the traditional cathedrals we see out there. Enjoy the beautiful stained glasses and try to guess the biblical passages they got their inspiration from.

Football - or soccer, if you prefer - is part of the Brazilian life. We love to watch the games and share experiences with complete strangers that get together for one purpose: support their team on the field. The Maracanã Stadium is considered our temple and a sacred place for those who enjoy a great game. We can take pictures outside of the Stadium and share stories about our favorite matches.

Stop 8 Pass by

See the Carnival temple, the place where the magic happens. The Sambadrome opens only during carnival time. But we get to see the place from the outside and hear stories about the biggest carnival in the world.

Stop 9

Barbecue restaurant located in Copacabana. Enjoy the traditional Brazilian barbecue.
