In the morning, at 8:00 am, you will be picked up by your guide from your hotel/accommodation in Skopje. You will have a beautiful 3 hours transfer to your destination. You will have the chance to see the countryside of North Macedonia. Ohrid is a small resort city on the hilly shores of Lake Ohrid in the southwest of the Republic of Macedonia. In the city’s compact old town, medieval churches, monasteries, and open-air ruins stand alongside traditional houses with red-tiled roofs. Some of the highlights which you will visit are the Ancient theatre of Ohrid, Samoil's fortress, Church Perivlepta, and many more.
After we finish with the city of Ohrid we will heat towards Ohrid lake the famous Monastery of St. Naum. It will take us around an hour's drive but you will not regret it. Despite the monastery, you will also have the option for an amazing boat trip and visit the natural underwater lake springs and the Forgotten church. It is an option that costs an extra 10 Euro per person. Please, let us know in advance, so your guide to be prepared. The experience is amazing. We highly recommend it.
In the afternoon we will head back to Skopje.
