Elders say: there were three main academy's in Georgia since the 12th century: Gelati Academy (Kutaisi), Ikalto Academy, and the Academy of Supra. Indeed this is a place where youth learns about all the important values alongside with food and wine. Supra translates as fest and it denotes an art of celebration.
